The transportation requirements for diagnostic reagents are relatively strict, so temperature and humidity monitoring during the transportation of diagnostic reagents is very important. So, what are the specific requirements for the temperature control system for the transportation of diagnostic reagents?
Temperature control system: The diagnostic reagent transport vehicle should be equipped with an automatic temperature monitoring system (hereinafter referred to as the "temperature control system") to monitor environmental temperature and establish equipment operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance records. The system should have the following functions:
（1） The measurement range, accuracy, resolution, and other technical parameters of the diagnostic reagent transportation temperature control system can meet management needs, and have uninterrupted monitoring, continuous recording, data storage, display, and alarm functions.
（2） The temperature control equipment for the transportation of diagnostic reagents should update the temperature data of the measuring points at least every 1 minute during operation, automatically record real-time temperature data at least every 30 minutes during storage, and automatically record real-time temperature data at least every 5 minutes during the transportation of diagnostic reagents. When the monitored temperature value exceeds the specified range, the system should record real-time temperature data at least every 2 minutes.
（3） When the monitoring temperature reaches the set critical value or exceeds the specified range, the diagnostic reagent transportation temperature control system can achieve an audible and visual alarm, and at the same time, achieve instant alarm information to at least 2 designated personnel through communication methods such as SMS.
The temperature measurement points of refrigerated trucks during the transportation of diagnostic reagents should be set and installed based on the verification conclusion. Each refrigerated truck should be equipped with at least 2 temperature measurement point terminals. The temperature measuring point terminals and temperature monitoring equipment for the transportation of diagnostic reagents should be calibrated at least once a year.
