This position requires the ability to communicate in English, an outgoing personality, and the ability to read and reply to English emails in writing without any obstacles
1. Tailor emergency transportation plans for customers, including emergency logistics products such as Handcart/On Board Courier, Speed Cargo, and international pharmaceutical cold chain. Communicate and confirm plans with customers through various effective methods such as email and phone.
2. Arrange operators for each link and coordinate with relevant personnel to carry out import and export customs declaration work at home and abroad.
3. Effectively communicate with drivers, airport operators, couriers, etc., and monitor the transportation of goods throughout the process.
4. Proficient in using English and foreign agents to effectively communicate with foreign clients.
5. Synchronize feedback of goods dynamics to customers through email and SMS.
6. Handle various sudden emergency situations.

Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in English, German, international trade, customs declaration is preferred;
2. Good English speaking and reading skills, able to communicate directly in both oral and written English, with an English proficiency level of CET-4 or above;
3. Proficient in using office automation (minimum proficiency in operating Word and Excel), with a typing speed of at least 60 characters per minute (in Chinese) and 200 characters per minute (in English); Mastering communication skills in English business letters;
4. Speak clearly, enunciate clearly, and think quickly;
5. Strong work initiative and learning ability; Quick reaction ability;
6. Experience in international import and export, freight forwarding, customs clearance, etc. is preferred.
